Our estimator builds your proposal same-day in most cases. Multiple material options at different price points: GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, with warranty comparisons for each. No pressure, no expiration tricks.
Installation Day
Crew arrives at 7 AM with all materials pre-staged. Tarps go down to protect landscaping. Old roof comes off, decking gets inspected and repaired as needed, and the new system goes on layer by layer. Most Pandora homes finished in one day.
Inspection & Cleanup
Three magnetic nail sweeps, during tear-off, after install, before we leave. Dump trailer hauled off. Job site clean. You approve the work and we register your manufacturer warranty on the spot.
